Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns
At CyborgToys, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. However, due to the intimate nature of the products we offer, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.
We understand that customer satisfaction is important, and we take great care to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality and free from defects. However, in the interest of health and safety, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or otherwise compromised.
We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase and take into account your preferences, size of our products and to reach out to our customer service team if they have any questions or concerns before making a purchase. Our knowledgeable staff are available to provide guidance and assistance to help you select the product that best meets your needs.
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we will be happy to exchange it for the same product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We are not able to accept exchanges beyond 3 days and we will not be able to replace toys that have been damaged due to missus of the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within a few of days.
