Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

We have a list of countries where we ship, please choose from the list to calculate the shipping price. If your country is not available in the list, then please contact us before placing the order so we can provide prices to you.

SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIMES

We do our best to process ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 24 hours.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING TIME:

In most cases, orders will be delivered around 7-10 days, howerver it can sometimes take up to 10-16 days, if you have any problem with your order please feel free to contact us by email: [email protected]

PLEASE NOTE: Be aware that any order may be subject to local import duties, taxes and fees. Your shipment may be held by customs in the destination country until such fees are settled. As the recipient, you are liable for any such payment to release the shipment.

Please note that we cannot refund any shipping fees (either shipping fee to you or shipping fee back to us)  if your goods are returned to us due to customs rejection or unpaid fees.
